My 4hp yamaha motor isn't running good at all. I was told by a marine shop to add some carb cleaner to the gas and that should take care of the problem. I did and so far no results. We got to looking at the carb. and noticed there wasn't any air filter on the carb. Should there be? I would guess if there should be then this would be a good place to start and might correct my problem. Thanks in advance.
