i have recently bought this engine and only had it out a few times but noticed that the water flow out of the tell tale slowed down and came to a stop, i stopped the engine gave it a few mins. and started it again, the same thing happened again after about 3 mins. I have been told to check the impeller and housing, is there anything else i should be looking for. i am new to outboards. please help. thanks
