riverrats, I just though about it and if you go to BAM Marine with your serial number you can look up the power trim and see were the valve is I should have thought about it sooner--Bob

It looks like the plastic head is broken off. If you take a straight slot screwdriver, heat the tip and make a slot for the screwdriver, in the plastic,you might be able to turn it. Make sure you use a big enough screwdriver to fit accross the broken section.
