I have Mariner, I like to change the seals in the lower unit (on the prop shaft area).I took the prop out, then there is a round plate about 2-3inch inside the lowerunit with 3 screws, took that & plate came out. Im not sure if you need a special tool or not to take that middle part out on the prop shaft. Does anyone have pictures to show how or what tools to use?? I need a quick guide.. thanks!!Do we need a some sort of jaw-puller !?
