I have a Mercury 60 3 cyl.(Serial # 0C259082) have no idea of the year. Getting ready to replace my first stator and looking for any advice. I do have Mercury flywheel puller.What is the best way to hold flywheel while loosening nut on crank also what is the torque setting when reinstalling nut. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.ThanksNCMustangman

Us a large screwdriver an the end or the starter shaft if you don't have a flywheel holder and do not strike the flywheel only the puller bolt
