I have a 1984 50HP merc with tilt trim. Last weekend I pulled it out of the water and tilited it up. I went to put it in the garage and and nothing. It won't go up or down, I just hear a click when try either direction. I'm clueless but from reading here it sounds like it might be a relay. Any info or ideas would be great. If you need more information I can get that too. Not sure what is needed to help trouble shoot.
