mariner need help with part

I can't seem to find anyone who knows what rebuild kits I need for a Mariner 676b404276 serial number. Does anyone know if this is a Japanese Mariner or not, and can you tell by the serial number what year it was made and who might have parts.

I think you can go to the BAM Marine site and look it up and then cross the kit number over to any kit
