Default 80 hp mariner lost compression

On this motor i took the exhaust cover off to get a partial glimpse of the 4 pistons and cylinders. I noticed #4 piston had some scaring and the rings are worn even with the piston. Pryor to all of this I did a compression check and #4 was shot the other three each show different amounts of ring wear but all had almost the same pressure reading. Is there anything special I need to look out for when I go to pull the powerhead from the rest of the unit? Also I'm not sure what year this motor is serial # 4843607.
