Hi there<br /><br />Ϩm in the midle of replacing the waterpump in my Mariner 60 hp 2 stroke engine. I think it is from 1989 but I don't know exactly - anyway - I have put the engine in forward gear and i have removed all bolts and I have removed the split in the gearlever but i'm still not able to seperate the lower unit. It only drops about 5 milimeter. How should I proceed from here? Is there a trick or do I have to use the rubber mallet and a lot of energy?<br /><br />Best regard<br />Christian
