boat was sitting out doors for its whole life.i replaced the trigger because the insulation on wires was falling off.and wires looked overheated.still no spark.i took a light tester and put it on stator wires at switch box and crancked motor it barly lit up very weak.also orange wire at box is hot and no other wires are.i read about jumper wire no help there. was my testing a good way to go? guy i bought boat from said it ran good when he parked it. thank you
