I have a 175 Merc outboard. After I run the boat about 10 minutes and reduce the throttle, I lose power to about 1600rpm and cannot regain rpm. Also, when the boat is running at 2900rpm it wants to increase to 3600rpm without moving the throttle. When I tweek it back a bit, the engine slows to about 2800rpm. Cannot hold 3000-3200rpm. Are the two related? And, if so, what is the problem?<br /><br />Thank You
