Hello I am new to this forum and need help. My 150 Mariner will not run over 1900 RPMs. It was in the shop for 3 months last year and this was the first time out this year. They replaced the stator,oil injection tank cap and water pump impeller. They said the problem was the stator. It is running the same as it was. Idles fine good thru 1900 rpms then breaks up. Any suggestions?
