I have a 1992 100 hp mariner that has just had a new ignition box put on it and was running great all of a sudden, it just bogged down on me and only runs up to about 1/4 throttle then bogs down the rest of the way, feels like a surge or no advance when i try full throttle does this sound like a bad stator ? I dont think its fuel, pump filters and carbs have all been changed or rebuilt.
