Hello all, New to Boating, Picked up an Older Merc, and fishing Boat.<br />Please help me first as to Year, S# 7106030.<br />Next won't start at all.<br />I can't even figure out how to get the top cover off, :-(.<br />What should I start looking for first, it won't even start to fire at all.
