There is a pink/salmon color wire in the engine harness. From what I can tell, this is the kill wire and should be grounded to kill the engine. Is this correct?<br /><br />It's a '78 Merc 200. Thanks
Don't call it pink in front of a Merc guy. They get downright indignant. Like it's OUR fault they chose PINK PINK PINK! And if you Merc guys missed it the first three times ... it looks PINK!
