Recently bought a used 9.8 hp mercury ob serial # 3005756 does anyone know the year? also have lower unit oil comming out from the prop. Im guessing that theres a broken seal in the lower unit. how much should i expect to pay for parts to fix this ,and can it be done without special tools?
