Would you guys consider a 1994 Skeeter ZX 175 that the seller is asking $7900.00 that had this much repair done to it? Would you want a marine survey before considering this boat? Sounds like a fair deal,take it out and test it.

Yea i would take it out and test it out and see how she rides along with how everything works.

Wow, a 175 on a 17 footer? that would be a rare find but I would be worry about the compression. A good number would be in the 130 range. I'll offer $5k and during the test run if top speed is not at least 60+mph at 5200-5500rpm, I'll tell that guy to keep his boat.
