HI ALL! WE DON'T HAVE ANY MANUALS FOR OUR BOAT, GOT IT UP NORTH AND WE ARE IN TAMPA..HAVE A 96 BAJA SPLASH W/ A MERC 120XR SPRT JET.. HAD SOME TROUBLE W/ FLOATS. TOOK APART, CLEANED, NOW NEED TO NOW MAIN AND IDLE JET SIZES... HAVE A TILLOTSEN CARB.. (PART # POSSIBLY 826706-1)..<br /><br />ALSO.. DOES ANYONE KNOW?.. IS THE INLET NEEDLE SOLD SEPARETLY? OURS HAS A SMALL INDENTATION AROUND IT AND EVEN AFTER CLEANING IS SOMETIMES STICKING STILL?<br />THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

You can buy inlet needles separetly I gave you those jet sizes just 4 days ago

Hi laddies .. thanks for the post the other day.. i did see and also noted that the info was for 97-98.. i have a 96.. if the info is the same great! any ideas on where to get those inlet needles .. noone in local area carries.. online perhaps?

Jetting is the same for the main jets, same on the carbs with fixed low speeds also, one model has adj. low speed. Inloets are a dealer only item part number F-10265
