spark plug gap & type - 1991 Mariner 9.9

spark plug gap & type - 1991 Mariner 9.9

Motor sluggish while under power. Won't stay at low idle - engine dies. How do you adjust idle speed? Would like to adjust spark plug gap & make sure has proper type. Starts fairly easy.

gap to 0.060in
