Those parts would replace certain parts on a motor that has tiller handle steering and was being converted to cable steeering. That would enable you to connect throttle and shift cables to the motor for the remote control. You would still need the remote control, cables, steering link. It says it's for a 30/40 Merc 2-stroke 1994+.

I can not seem to get the picture to come up it seems to come up that the site has expired. I also don't know what size or year your engine is, that would help, but if its a older 18/25 it may not be able to be converted--Bob
