Mariner 50 water pump

I just aquired a Mariner 50 outboard. It appears that the water pump doesn't work. Can anyone tell me where I could download a manual?

In that case, you may be able to pick up an online manual at biggerhammer.com but you will need the latest version of acrobat reader.
