Hi Guys...<br /><br />I have a 14ft CJR grp dingy. This is a double cathedral planing type hull with a transom of approx 24" that currently has a 50 Merc pushing. Soon I will be in the market for a new engine. I am trying to get into my head how to calculate the shaft length required, i.e. what is the correct position for the anti-cav plate in relation to the bottom of the transom etc.<br /><br />Regards....Keith B.....
