Well we are looking at a bigger boat than we currently have.Out dilema is that we have a slip most people would trade their first born for and we have to go under a bridge which currently prohibits us from coming or going at high tide.We just dont fit. There is a 34ft Searay weekender that is bigger than our current boat and it just fits under though I dont know when.I am curious if any one knows the beam of the Searay and perhaps the bridge clearance. We are looking at a 36 ft Regal with a 13.1 beam and a 9ft6inch bridge clearance. Our current bridge clearance is 9ft 3 inches so I know I can fit under but I am not sure of the width.Charlie

The biggest "Weekender" that I was able to find on the NADA site during the 80s is a 30' with a 11' beam. Searching for "weekender" here in iboats classifieds brought the same thing. Biggest a 30ft w/11ft beam.

Nevermind, noticed your post title stated "Express Cruiser" instead of "Weekender". 1986 list a 34ft having a 11'11" beam.

I was mixed up by your use of "weekender" inside your post.

Dockmate of mine has a 1988 34 Searay Sundancer but I think they use the same hull for the express (just doesn't have the aft cabin) anyway he says it has a 12 ft beam.

Thanks for the replies guys.Sorry for the Weekender/Dancer confusion.Im not sure which it is but as stated,it is probably the same hull.If we get this boat it is a big step up for us so it is a pretty big decision.Charlie
