60hp Mariner F-ward & reverse gears

I have a 3 cyl 60Hp Mariner, 1984 model. Low hours but the gears were damaged when beaching the boat. Both the f-ward and revers gears are damaged together with the "docking gear". I can't seem to find any replacements parts in South Africa. Any suggestions?

Can one fit the bigfoot lower unit to the motor?

ishopmarine.com has an option during their checkout to select your country , and south africa is in there... use their "Parts list" link and find the parts, or call them up...

You dont have any merc dealers near you?
