Default 1995 mercury compression test

Hi there, I just received 1995 Mercury 150hp 2.0 Liter, I did a compression test. From left side first and top to bottom:1) 1152) 1163) 04) 1165) 1156) 115piston number 3 there is no compression at all, you see the piston moving back and forward but there is no compression, the gauge on the tester donÂ’t even move, I found it very strange on why there is no compression at all.Any help or advice on this motor I will really appreciate.Thank you

Time to pull the power head, you need a least a new piston. Probably some other damage in there also...need to figure out how the piston got damaged.
