Default carb leak mercury black max 200

There is a small brass looking fitting with a very small black rubber line coming out of the side of the lower carb that is leaking gas especially when the engine is idleing. It is leaking between the fitting and the carb housing. Is this screwed in or pressed in? It is so tiny it could twist off easily. It seems very tight but I am suprised at the amount of gas it leaks. It is on the drivers side of the engine. Help?

Now that you have looked a little closer ,explain again where you feel this leak is occuring. We could have a leak at a primer nipple or we may be leaking at a recirc. How are you idleing?
