i have a mariner 115 horsepower 2 cycle motor. it is a 1995 or 1996 model year. the motor gives off quite a bit of smoke when starting and after trolling for a while. there is a small trail of oil film on the water at idle or very slow speeds. the exhaust seems to have oil coming out of it at this time. oil appears to have a trail of oil running from the exhaust ports down to the transom after pulling the boat from the water. i have had the motor checked, they told me that they pressure tested the unit and all was fine (was last year). they said oil coming out of the exhaust port could be considered normal, i disagreed with that. it smokes too much i believe. the motor does not consume more oil than normal. it runs good and starts well. i am using quick silver oil. is this a fuel/oil mixture problem within the motor? is this oil injected?

thanks for any input
