mixture screw setting - mariner 30hp 1999

what is the setting for a 1999 mariner 30hp. what is the proper way to set that carb.is it supposed to be in the water and in idle?

Yes in the water at an idle I thought I anwsered this this morning in the other post.

Hi guys! new member here. I noticed that there was only one screw in the top right of my carb? is one hole supposed to have nothing in it, or did a screw back out? are these the adjustment screw/s?
