I've uncovered a 1984 Sailpower 180cc long shaft while cleaning out a barn. It was covered with a canvas but I've no idea how long it sat. There doesn't appear to be any serious rust or corosion just the ususal wear an tear on the cover and etc. It will not turnover, at least my attempts to crank it with the starter rope are unsuccessful. It also appears to be an electic start model. I'm willing to put in some time and spend a couple of bucks.<br /><br />Is there a recognized procedure to begin "un<br />sticking" it?
