How many ft lbs torque for baffle cover

Merc/Mariner 50hp 1990 3 cyl, any ideas on how much to torque the 15 or so bolts on the port side water jacket cover and exhaust baffle, also is there any particular sequence..<br /><br />Regards Keith B..

Well it's not 15 it's actually 16 7/16" plus two through bolts. As I've had no feedback I thought I might post this for the benift of others, I have now tightened the main 16 bolts to 150inch lbs and everything was fine. I ran the engine up for at least 1hr in the tub and everything normal. They use the same torque on the same sized bolts on the early eighties engine as I found on an earlier post..Fingers crossed...<br /><br />Regards Keith
