Torque settings for 1977 Mercury 20HP

What is the proper torque settings for the water pump Stud Bolts on a 1977 Mercury Model 200 20HP motor? Any help would be apprectiated. Thanks in advance.

Water pump nuts : 5/16-24. Torque 40 in-lb.
