allseasons pontoon boat cover?

I found on the net a pontoon boat cover useing a pvc. system for a winter cover rather than a shrinkwrap. has any one tried it. cost over 300.00. before i buy i would like to know if it works i am from northeast penna. am we can have a lot of snow. is there any other system out there.

Where on the net, I would be interested in looking at it. I pay almost that much each year to shrink wrap mine.
