100HP Merc Not Charging

Volt metre only reads 12volt at any revs.<br />Battery goes flat over time.<br />I have changed rectifier but this did not seem to fix the problem. Stator check did not reveal anything suspicious.<br />Any thoughts as to what problem may be?

I would test the rectifier again and see if it<br />has blown first.
