actually ive had the boat for 16 months now,ive had this problem once before back in september during a bass tournament, the boat was running fine all day, then the warning beep came and i shut the motor down,

i waited a few minutes, cranked her back up,shifted into reverse ,reved the motor, then shifted forward,i figured i sucked some muck up into the intakes, it seemed to work fine the rest of the day...

i didnt use the boat since september due to illness, and relocation reasons,i winterized it myself in late october, unwinterized in,june, and used it the 1st time last weekend since i un-winterized it. i did however use the boat last week in salt water,1st time ever, and thats where the problem happened....

im in the midst of moving to florida and with my business,i had to take this year off the torny trail so the boat hasnt been used but 1 time thus far...it pumps water with ear muffs and a garden hose attached,it pumps water as it idles and is traveling at low speeds....

as soon as she tries to get up on plane,2 minutes later the continuos beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep alarm sounds, and all i see in the back of the motor is a cloud of steam commin from the exhaust and pump out hole area.....i let it cool for a few minutes, she starts rite up,and water begins to pump soon thereafter......i didnt try to get it on plane again as i was afraid of doin damage to it,i idled back in to the launch site and trailerd her home, she pumped fine when i cleaned it out with the garden hose and ear muffs,i ran her for at least 20 mins and it pumped just fine!
