You will need to disassemble the carbs and clean out the crud. Some carb cleaner and compressed air will clean out the passages and a rebuild kit for each would be a good idea. Use fresh fuel after you get that done. Classic signs of a Carb, needing attention, when you can start it by squirting fuel into the carbs and it runs for a bit..
