mariner 25 starting problem
My mariner 25 will turn and has spark but no fire. I checked it in 1 plug it was good, and the other plug wire was torn and shocked me so I taped it, but did not test it again since I have a fear of being shocked but I am assuming 1 plug is enough to fire an engine. The fuel pump and carburetor are combined in 1 unit on this model. My question is how would I test the fuel system and if that is working what else might I look at.
