I have a 1979 115 mercury and when i try to plain out on the water all it does is just idel and after a while it will plain out. It seams after the motor warms up it works sometimes. I was told if the Battery was low this will affect the power pack on the motor is this true. The last time i use the motor i had to jump start the motor becuase the battery was low. Robert Caswell
