Late seventies model Mariner 80hp is draining the battery fast while supposedly switched off. When I connect or disconnect the battery terminals the flywheel twitches as if trying to turn even though the ignition is in the off posotion. The starter spindle does not engage when this happens so it cannot be that. Motor starts and runs fine otherwise. Any ideas anybody???
