I have an 85hp 1976 mercury 4-cylinder engine that is giving me fits. I have been trying to work on it and get it running in tiptop shape for a while now. What it seems to be doing now is running when it wants and i know it is a spark problem because the spark comes and goes when it pleases. If someone could please give me some suggestions or give me specs on the switchbox and resistors i would greatly appreciate it thank-you.
