Can any one help me I am blowing a 20 amp fuse on a 1995 40 HP Merc. out board motor {Electric start} Seems to blow after I have been running hard (At speed)And I come to a stop Motor off,Then Go to start back up and no power, fuse has blown.Change the fuse and no issues starts right up. Now if I take my time when coming to a stop and slowly bring the trotle back and take a few seconds to let it idle back it doesn't blow the fuse???? Can any one help.. Thank you
