Default power loss on 40 horse Mariner
what would be most likely cause of eventual power loss on 40hp motor after it warms up?

What kind of power loss are you talking about? Is it a loss in electrical power or engine power.

loss in engine power. I am thinking it is a possible carbueretor problem. Perhaps they warm up at different levels and their out of sync?
