85 Mariner, 40HP Spark Plug Gap

Could someone tell me what the gap is for a two cycle 40 horse Mariner outboard motor?

Those will be surface gap plugs and not adjustable.

Yes, could be 'perma-gap' design but could also be standard plugs.

Check NGK webpage

and narrow down to your specific model.
