Mariner 90 - Fuel Leaking

I am new to outboards and need some help getting started. I have a ~ 1988 Mariner 90 HP Outboard. I was running with the outboard wide open - running great - and it died. It would not restart. When I got in and put the motor down, a fuel & oil mixture ran out at a nut below the prop. I have taken the cover off. If I pump the ball, fuel again comes out below the prop, but I see not sign of leaking around the engine. Any ideas what it could be?

Might be a hole in the fuel pump diaphram.
