Default Mercury Control wiring dilemma

I swapped out a 96 50hp merc, for a 86 90hp Merc. I left the newer controls on the boat. The harness connects right up, but I have four wires that come off the harness that I do not know where they go. I'm sure that they are mostly trim and tilt, but I need to be sure. The wire colors are as follows:tan, green/white, blue/white, and brown/white. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance

Default Re: Mercury Control wiring dilemma

Moving to Mercury/Mariner Troubles and Repair. You'll get a better response there.
