I tried e-bay, searched the internet, local parts stores,so far no luck,oh wait I did find one for the low price of $125.00. I'm not sure if the motor is even worth that! I'm hoping to find someone who has one somewhere.

I definately know what u mean! Like gold!<br />Keep trying ebay. Those were great motors,as is apparent by it's age. There are many still in service.<br />Another place to check is boat yards. The one I liked recently sold the land (on river, for high-priced condos)...I can't blame him, but I sure miss those $10.00 dist assemblies for inline mercs!<br />I could buy a NEW ONE FOR 275.00, and that was a 'bargain'.<br />Too bad we don't have a cheap alternative to ebay for listing boat stuff we may want to sell. I have a 65HP that only needs a starter. I simply will not pay 135buks for one, cso I've been haunting ebay.Finally, I won one.
