I have a mariner 50 4 cylinder that will not idle. When I push in the button it will accelerate on the control and it runs evenly and well. When I put back into the start position to move off it stalls. How do I increase the tickover speeds ?Thanks

This could be a problem of the carbs being out of adjustment and need cleaning or rebuilding. Or something simple as it is idling to slow.Idle adjustment is on the port side of the engine. The words should be cast into the exhaust cover.TMD
