how i know correct rpm,but i dont have nothing rpm,speed,gages or clock?

What exactly are you asking? Your not making any sense. Are you wanting to know how to adjust your carb? Just like any carb, screw the adjusting screw in all the way clockwise, not too tight, not even snug, you'll taper the needle, Just where you feel it screwed in all the way. Then back it out counterclockwise 1 1/2 to 2 rotations. Go with that.
