i have a 2000 mercury 250 efi outboard. i am getting ready for the spring and it seems to run fine and then the rpms drop and my warning lights come on for a second then it runs fine again. this also happened at the very end of last season when i removed the boat from the water. it is about 35 or 40 degrees out, and i know these motors are sensitive in cold weather. i also checked the plugs and they seamed fine. can this be the cold having an effect or does it sound like an actual problem. all my guages read fine.<br />also i now noticed i have some oil draining out of 2 small holes i have on my lower unit. (one on each side about half way up)
