We launched the boat today and started to head out, and after leaving the harbor put the throttle wide open and nothing happened. Checked fuel lines, no leaks(Oil has been bypassed put new plugs in this weekend, and new fuel filter). Got it home and while flushing the motor it would do fine revn it up in gear and out. Any ideas on the problem? I think it may be the power pack, but i dont know how to test for that.

I just went out and pulled the leads off the spark plugs one by one. On the left side I noticed a change in sound on the right side nothing changed on any of them as they were disconnected. Is this a power pack problem? if so, how much $ am I looking at?
