Ray, the only thing I have ever seen "sliding boat seats" in is a scull.. what do you mean?

The "sliding seat" description might not be accurate. Imagine a 6" long bench which rises in the centre creating an inverted "V" creating the back rests and the two end sections forming the seats. People sit back to back.<br /><br />There are two independent rails supporting the seats allowing the rear seat to slide to the rear.<br />The wood frame are attached to the floor and slide.
