We have a badly blown up 1992 115 Mariner, There is a hole all the way through the block. Everything else looks new. What would this be worth? Would it be better to part out lower unit, power trim and then powerhead, or just sell whole thing on ebay?

You can probably make the most $'s parting it out. Sounds like the powerhead is a basket case. You might tear it down and see if the crankshaft and conrods are useable. If so, sell them, the flywheel, ignition and charging components, induction system and scrap the rest.
